I love a reason to celebrate especially if it involves Mexican food. Thanks Becky for the Carne Asada marinade. We love it. We are having shredded beef tacos, with freshly fried tortillas, pico de gallo, guacamole and virgin strawberry margaritas. Come on over for the celebration (of something important that happened sometime in history.) I really should do my research.

Ironically, whatever the reason is for the celebration, the Mexicans don't celebrate it. Funny that.
