Webkinz.

Welcome to our little Webkinz family. This phenomenon hit our family when James turned 4, she adopted a white bunny that she named Pinky Ears. Then with Christmas money each girl was able to pick out a Webkinz. Campbell really wanted one and before she had her own she would pretend that Pinky Ears (the original white bunny) was hers when James was at Preschool. Now Campbell has a polar bear that she named Well. It is all quite amazing, Webkinz World. First you buy a Webkinz pet from the store. You bring it home and log onto Webkinz World. Then you adopt your new pet. You are given 2000 in webkinz cash and a room for your webkinz to live in. Now is the fun part. You have to decorate and buy furniture for your pet's room. There are so many options and themes for rooms. You earn more money by doing jobs, playing games, and answering questions. You need to get your pet a bed, if they don't sleep then they get sick and you have to take them to the doctor. And you can purchase a bathtub and a bathroom sink. These are really fun because they are interactive. The girls love giving their Webkinz baths! At the bathroom sink you can brush their teeth wash their face and comb their hair. And all these things make your webkinz happy! I think James has started washing her own face more because of webkinz. It doesn't stop here. You can virtually garden. When you buy a backyard you can plant vegetables and then you have to tend them. Water, weed and harvest. James bunny was given a TV for a welcome present. And she loves to watch the cooking show with Chef Gazpacho! If you purchase a stove then you can "cook" your own food. James has gotten so good at this that she watches the show and then goes to the store to purchase the ingredients and cooks it herself. She purchased a refrigerator to place her prized creations in. Then when she has friends over (you can have your webkinz friends over to your house) they can look in her refrigerator and see these amazing creations. James basically has the party house because she has had hers for longer. She has a game room and two swimming pools in her backyard! I'm sure she wouldn't have so much stuff if the games weren't so addicting for me! That's where she gets all her money from! (all of the Webkinz pictures are stock photos.)
