If it is supposed to be someone I know, my only guess would be Bill with a beard grown out, so he must be holding James as a baby, but it doesn't really look like either of them.
I say James and Bill!
I'm guessing it's Bill by the way his feet are placed on the ground. If it's him I would never recognize him with the hair doo and beard. And of course its James. You know curiosity killed a cat.
That's easy....it's a goat!
