Before Christmas . . .

James had a sing a long at school.  There was a band, lots of singing, Santa with a guitar and each grade sang one song with a few chosen kids performing a dance to the song.  James was one of the "mousies" in the snow.  Here she is playing air guitar during the guitar solo in the song.  Her music teacher really likes rock music.

Tuesday my mom came down and picked up us girls (poor Bill had to work through Christmas Eve) and we headed to Grandma and Grandpa's house.  My sister Maegan and her family came the next day and the girls had so much fun playing with their cousins.

Christmas Eve we acted out the nativity.  It was fun.  Especially because we had a Wise Man who was a pirate.  Clara walked around saying "argh!" with her mouth all crooked and ocassionialy would say "To the ship!"
